We are located between Siena and Florence, in the heart of Tuscany. The villa is situated in the historical centre of Radicondoli, a magnificent medieval village where restaurants, shops and cafés are just two minutes away on foot. In Radicondoli you may visit the historical centre, with its collegiate church and town hall, and admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Several shops enliven the centre, where you will find all the essential services, including a bank, tourist office, post office, chemist’s, doctor, in addition to restaurants and recreational places. Siena, Florence, the Chianti hills, the Sienese Crete (Pienza, Montalcino, etc.), the Maremma and the seaside are all easy to reach, not to mention a myriad other artistic sites that bespeckle the entire neighbouring territory.

FROM THE NORTH
From the “Autostrada del Sole A1” motorway exit at Firenze /Certosa and take the highway to Siena. Exit after 40 km at Colle Val D’Elsa sud. Follow the directions to Colle Val d’Elsa and, from the first roundabout on follow the directions to Radicondoli. Once you reach the village, you will see the “Il Granaio” restaurant on the left and the VILLA on the right. The gate of the villa is next to the fountain. (If you see the post office, the ACLI club and the MONTE DEI PASCHI bank, you will need to drive back 200 metres). Please call us at least half an hour before arriving. Thank you!

FROM THE SOUTH
From the “Rome-Milan A1” motorway take the Valdichiana exit and follow the directions to Siena, taking the highway. Approximately 2 km before Siena, take the road to the right towards Florence and then take the Siena-Florence highway. Exit at Colle Val D'Elsa. Follow the directions to Colle Val d’Elsa and, from the first roundabout on follow the directions to Radicondoli. Once you reach the village, you will see the “Il Granaio” restaurant on the left and the VILLA on the right. The gate of the villa is next to the fountain. N.B. Petrol stations
In Colle Val d'Elsa: Several petrol stations; the one open 24/24 hours is in Loc. Campolungo.
Along the road that goes from Colle Val d’Elsa to Radicondoli, you will find 2 petrol stations (24 hour service at the TOTAL station).
