SELF CATERING FORMULA FOR THE VILLA WEEKLY AND DAILY RATES AT THE VILLA

Daily prices vary depending on the length of the stay and the number of guests, so contact us.

indicating the number of guests, the time period and special requests, if any.

PRICES INCLUDE:
Linen, electricity, gas, water, cleaning on arrival and on departure, weekly linen change, taxes, Wi-fi Internet access, heating.

STAY CONDITIONS:

• From June to September, weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday are preferable. During holidays, stays of three nights minimum.
  Rentals for two nights minimum.
• Check-in: 16.00-18.00 - Check-out: 10.00 Different times to be agreed on directly.
• NO TRANSFER ARRANGEMENTS, we recommend that you come by car.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

A down payment will be requested when booking, to be made through:

• PAYPAL - Payment
• BANK TRANSFER (request the information to make the bank transfer by e-mail to info@villafiorenzani.com, then e-mail copy of the receipt or send details of the transaction)
• POSTAL ORDER (only for payments from Italy)

On receipt of the down payment, Villa Fiorenzani will confirm the booking by e-mail.
The guest is required to settle the full amount on arrival, on receipt of the keys. Cheques are not accepted.

REQUIREMENTS ON ARRIVAL:

On arrival, the guest will be required to show his/her passport or ID card for registration purposes, in accordance with Italian law. Moreover, the guest must leave with the staff a cash deposit of Euro 250.00 as caution money. This deposit will be refunded on departure minus accessory costs and expenses for any damages caused.

CANCELLATIONS:

The following penalties will be payable in case of cancellation:

• From booking date to 30 days before check-in: 30%
• From 29 to 10 days before check-in: 50%
• From 9 days to 0 hours before check-in: 100%
• No show: 100%
